Clara Brasca 

'The Art of Art'

The Glasgow International Festival of Visual Arts offers a biennial cornucopia of contemporary art.

In parallel with the G.I., iota is proud to present an exhibition by the Italian artist, Clara Brasca.

Well known for her oil paintings on canvas, over recent years Brasca has worked in various media and 

in collaboration with other artists, such as Murano glass makers.

Exhibited recently in Barcelona, Mons, Napa (California), Verona & Venice, as well as her home city of Milan, Brasca has previously visited Glasgow. 'The Art of Art', however, is her first show in Scotland.

The show comprises a range of small works, including oil on linen and works on paper. 

The work is for sale and the exhibition is showing at iota until 19th May 2012.
